I freeze juice into cubes, then grind them in a blender to make slush drinks. What can I add to keep them from melting back into liquid so quickly? I prefer to keep the recipe as simple and healthy as possible.

You know, I just saw some kid’s popcicles at the grocery store that said "slow melt" on it, so I was curious. The extra ingrediant was gelatin! i wonder if using a bit of jello would help?

Nothing. You could put it in an insulated container and drink it faster.

A little splash of canned milk will help keep it emulsified so it doesn’t split into ice and juice but nothing you add can keep it from melting.
