Hi Bob!
First, I don’t have the Planet recipe that you have. I looked for it, but all I found were other recipes for PB&J smoothies. Also, the use of yogurt in your smoothie recipe confuses me because the only smoothie I’ve found with yogurt in it is a low-fat smoothie. Is that what you want? Let me give you the recipes I’ve found, and then I’ll answer the rest of your question. BTW, this first recipe got 5 stars from the people who had made it! It must be good!
PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY SMOOTHIE
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons blackberry jelly (or another kind of your choice)
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 banana, frozen and cut into chunks
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons wheat germ
Mix together and serve.

LOW-FAT PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY SMOOTHIE
1 cup skim milk
½ cup fat-free yogurt
1 Tbsp peanut butter
½ cup unsweetened frozen cherries
1 Tbsp low-sugar cherry fruit spread
Mix together and serve.

Now, you wanted to know how to make the smoothie for a medium-sized cup. Both smoothies only contain a cup of milk, so with the other ingredients in them, I don’t think either one would make a giant smoothie. If you want a smaller one, though, divide each ingredient by half. In other words, use half as much. If it says to use 1 cup of milk, use 1/2 cup, etc. If it calls for 1 Tablespoon, that’s hard to divide. You’ll just have to guess at it.
If you have other questions, or want to make your question a little bit clearer for me, go ahead and add something up at the top, and I’ll try to watch for it. It would help me to see your recipe ingredients. And if you want to email me, please feel free to. I’ll be happy to help you as much as I can.
Good luck!
