There is more than one way to screw in a light bulb. Also, there is more than one way to make a milkshake. This kind of milkeshake is special though because you don’t need a blender to make it or light bulbs, unless of course you are into that kind of thing… then have fun. This recipe is quick, easy, and tasty. It can even be low fat, low sugar, and low calorie with the right adjustments without sacrificing flavor.
Things You’ll Need:
* Ice cream or frozen yogurt of choice.
* Milk.
* A cup or thermas with a screw on lid.
* Toppings/flavorings of choice if desired.
Instructions
First of all, let the ice cream or yogurt of choice soften for a few minutes. Scoop ice cream into your thermas or cup. The ice cream or yogurt should fill about 1/3 of the cup. If you want your milkshake thicker, add a little more ice cream.
After this, fill up milk into the cup to about 3/4 full. More if you want it thinner.
Finally, add toppings or flavorings if you want to add some to your milkshake. If you don’t, then just seal the lid down onto the cup and shake vigourously for about a minute.
Serve in a separate cup or drink straight from the cup. Check the bottom for lots of different tips. Enjoy.
Tips & Warnings
*
To make your shake a malt, add malt powder.
*
To make your shake have lots of nutritional value, add a packet of sugar free Instant Breakfast.
*
To make your shake low in fat, use frozen yogurt and low fat or skim milk.
*
To make your shake low in sugar, use sugar free yogurt or sugar free ice cream.
*
To make it low calorie, follow a combination of the low fat and sugar free recipes.
*
To extend the life of a milkshake, put it in a thermas because they insulate temperature. This means hot things keep hot longer and cold things keep cooler longer.
*
Sometimes the milkshake may seem lumpy in the end. If it does, that is because the ice cream wasn’t soft enough. If it is too thin, it could be because the ice cream was melted too much.

You can crush the cookies, or cut them in little pieces. (I’d crush em!) Use the vanilla ice cream, let it thaw while you crush the cookies. Then mix it up! If not, use a whisk! If you don’t have one, i’d recommend a fork. Using a spoon will make it a little harder i guess.
